15:42 I don't know what exactly happened, but when Shawn took a peek at Lassiter, he was suddenly back in his regular clothes and it was quite a tender moment. "At least they respect him."
25:56 Shawn brings Lassiter flowers. More specifically poinsettia, which symbolizes good cheer and merriment. What follows is amazing. While Lassiter starts out mad (understandably), it doesn't take long for Shawn to convince him to go along with his plan. "Sternum bush." "Let's hug it out."
28:50 "You thinking what I'm thinking?"
35:35 Lassiter chimes in on Shawn's emotional plea for the public.
37:58 Lassiter first acts snarky, but then all but suppresses a smile. He knows Shawn tricked him, but he doesn't mind.

Very little.

Cute:
Though this episode was too abrupt for it to really work (Shawn has been solving crime since first season, and suddenly one screw-up gets him fired? Right.), it was nice to see Shawn and Henry reunited in the end.

Weird:
I found chief Vick strangely attractive in Shawn's dream sequence.
